Abstract Samples of silicone and composite material are studied in various compression modes up to the limiting permissible deformation levels. In first series tests, changes elastoplastic properties during a sample without fillers studied. second elastic-plastic soft with special researched. Depending on magnitude deformation, elastic modules tested materials defined analyzed. Based constructed characteristics, ranges linear non-linear regions compared developed. Changes shape under destruction at level shown. magnetic particles shown modes. The unique property self-healing after repeat tests for maximum load limits has been established.
